Enquiries
We collect your first name, surname, email address and enquiry to respond to you and manage our correspondence, based on our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries. Please do not include sensitive personal information or identity documents.
Email updates
If you choose the optional checkbox, we also use your email address to send Bolt Capital news and investment updates on the basis of your consent. We record your choice, the wording shown and the submission date. No confirmation email is required. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier use.
Storage and access
Enquiries are held in the website’s hosted database and are available to authorised site administrators. Hosting providers process the information to operate the site. We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship or legal requirements.
